My first 5 stars on Amazon!

Things are really taking off here at Anarchadia Publishing. And I don’t mean because of the windy weather, either.

The first batch of books has just about gone already. Thanks to everyone who bought one. I sincerely hope the luck pennies work for you all. There was a quite a buzz at work on Friday.

Thanks to Allie Dawe in particular for enlightening me what happens at proper book signings. It’s remiss of me I know but I’ve never been to one until now and that one was my own! Apparently, the way to do it is to sign and date the book but write any personal message on a separate piece of paper. This makes the signed more desirable by collectors. I was even asked to sign off copies of the banned e-mail! (see earlier blog). Anyway, I hope this of you have supported me from the start can sell these numbered and signed copies for a fortune when I’m famous and pay off your mortgages.

But the biggest news of all is that I already have a review on Amazon! And it’s the much sought after 5 stars as well! Thanks Matt. I particularly liked your comment about trying out new authors! I’m glad you did, too!

One of the Zopa competition winners said that I must feel like an expectant father as the launch date approaches. Having thought about it, I reckon I feel more like the mad scientist. I've bolted the head on my creation and I'm now watching it lumbering off towards the sleeping village with arms outstretched. We'll see if it's a monster or not.

I am now actively collected e–mail addresses. Please don’t assume I have yours. Send it to me if you want to be kept in touch about what’s happening with my books. I’ve had a request for a newsletter so I’ll try to get one out before Christmas. Hmm, what format shall I use?
